Refund Policy

Effective September 17, 2026

Digital Delivery

Every score on this site is a PDF delivered instantly by download after a successful payment. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped.

All Sales Are Final

Because files are delivered immediately and can be copied once downloaded, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued. Please review the score's sample pages, skill level, and instrumentation before buying.

Exceptions

We will fix the issue or issue a refund if:

• your download failed or the file is corrupted
• you were charged more than once for the same order
• you received the wrong file due to an error on our end

Choral Licensing Tiers

If you purchased the wrong copy-count tier for a choir order, contact us and we'll adjust your license rather than issue a refund.

How to Request

Email mmenardproduction@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and the issue, and we'll sort it out.
