This policy explains what information matthewmenardmusic.com collects when you visit the site or buy a score, and how that information is used. This site is operated directly by Matthew Menard.

When you buy a score, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email address, and billing details to complete the transaction. We receive your name and email from Stripe so we can confirm your order and help with a download issue if needed — we never see or store your card number.

If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence to answer your question and for our own records.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it stays available between pages — that information stays on your device and is never sent to us until you check out.

How Your Information Is Used

We use the information above only to process your purchase, deliver your PDF download, and respond if you reach out with a question about an order.

Sharing Your Information

We don't sell or rent your information. It's shared only with Stripe, which processes payment on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Transaction records are retained by Stripe according to their own policies. We keep order correspondence only as long as needed to resolve an issue with a purchase.

Your Rights

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
